All inquiries must be submitted by completing the "Work With Us" form on our website. This ensures that we can manage and respond to your questions efficiently. Please provide the necessary information, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We typically ask for a 2-week notice for all staging projects; however, please feel free to contact us to check availability at any time.

We require a 50% up front deposit to be made at the time of contract signing.
50% will be also be charged the day of staging.

We are located in Lynchburg Virginia and operate within a 20 mile radius of Wyndhurst.
Any project outside of the 20 mile radius of Wyndhurst will be charged an additional $5/ mile round trip up to 50 miles.

We highly encourage property photos to be scheduled for the day after staging is scheduled to be completed.

We ask for at least a 7 day notice for all cancellations.
There is a $200 fee for all cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.
